Elected Member of the RPC for the North East of England, set up under the Railways Act 1993 to protect the interests of Britain's rail users. I was appointed a member of the committee in April 1997. My role within the RPC involves attending regular meetings at various locations throughout Great Britain and compiling reports after hearing presentations.
